1). Job Title:  Database Administrator

 Job Duties: Provide core DBA support on Oracle/SQL Server platforms for production and non-production environments. Monitor and tune Oracle database environments for improved system performance, ensure integrity and recoverability of Oracle database structures. Provide database deployment support for selected applications. Install, configure and maintain high availability for Oracle databases includes RAC and Dataguard. Review periodic patches and new releases of Oracle software and implement in CMS environment. Prepare and update documents of database standards, user manual, procedures and processes, records, evaluations, schedule, project plans, reports and reviews. Develop UNIX, Perl to support applications and database administration functions. Perform data export and imports between multiple databases using Data Pump. Refresh non-production database using RMAN and DATAPUMP tool. Implement and maintain backup process through RMAN. Document technical phases of database including installation, configuration, environment variables, scheduled jobs, important file systems, maintenance history and upgrades.

2). Job Title:  Systems Engineer

Job Duties:  Perform requirements gathering, analysis, design, implementation, testing and deployment. Participate in full project life cycle including planning sessions with project managers and the analysis of business requirements. Provide technical support to project team and members to analyze current operational procedures. Create, modify and test code, forms and script for applications to run. Assist software developers by analyzing user needs and designing software solutions. Develop and write computer programs to store, locate and retrieve specific documents, data and information. Perform deployments and provide application support. Use Jenkins, Chef, Rundeck, Visual build, Visual Studio, GIT, TFS and Service Now.

3). Job Title:  Systems Analyst

Job Duties: Develop SQL queries to fetch complex data from different tables in remote databases using database links. Perform optimization and testing of process flows and database business systems analysis reports using Oracle/SQL Server/BI tools (Discoverant), ELN, LES and LIMS. Plan, analyze and estimate test resource requirements to identify risks and track project status, provide support for system requirement deliverables, user interface specifications, application statistics reporting and business intelligence system solutions. Generate Reports/Dashboards based on customer requirements using Discoverant InVision tools. Manage timely and successful completion of the projects; responsible for developing and tracking against project schedules and the completion of the validation effort within the project schedule. Create documentation to support design, build and unit testing of Discoverant reports; analyze, organize, and prioritize reporting requirements. Support validation activities for the equipment installation and software validation as a part of process validation. 4). Job Title:  Senior QA Analyst

Job Duties: Perform business requirements analysis, test case creation, test case execution, defect reporting, develop automation scripts using QTP and Selenium Web driver for regression testing. Write complex SQL queries to retrieve data from database, write UNIX Shell scripts to run ETL jobs. Perform defect tracking. Capture test results; share test results with business team for UAT approval.  Prepare daily and weekly status reports; publish status reports to project management; coordinate status meetings between development team, testing team and business team.  Duties:  Analyze and evaluate clients existing software and database management systems and information technology needs. Collect and analyze users business requirements, design, implement and test customized business system and standard operating procedures based on the analysis of the users requirements and business specifications. Test ERP and web based application under current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), Part II and Annex II by designing, modifying, coding, debugging, and testing application systems. 6).   Job Title:  Systems Analyst

Duties:  Perform systems analysis, database design, data handling in database, coding and testing of software applications. Code, debug, prepare high and low level design documents. Perform Unit test programs using Oracle, Java and J2EE environments. Responsible for telematics and subscription marketing architecture, design and development.  Assist with business cases, planning and monitoring, requirements organization, translating and simplifying requirements. Utilize Zuora, .Net and micro services architecture for implementation of subscription marketing. Conduct studies pertaining to development of new information systems to meet current and projected needs. 7).  Job Title:  Systems Analyst 

Job Duties: Develop business and technical process flows for systems, interface with middleware; design workflows in Informatica using data mapping documents and business rules. Create SQL stored procedures and functions per business user needs to import data for data analysis using SSIS and Informatica tools for review of existing mappings; propose new workflow designs. Generate visual dashboards using Spotfire for data analysis and decision making on various applications. 8). Job Title:  Validation Analyst

Job Duties: Develop and author validation deliverables for regulated applications: Validation plans, requirement specifications, risk assessments, various levels of testing (IQ, OQ and PQ), traceability matrix, and validation reports. Write, review and approve documents to support GxP system processes. Perform quality review and approval of documents supporting validation and compliance. Work with FDA 21 CFR part 11 compliance, part 58, part 110, part 211, part 820 regulations. Support the validation process of Empower 3 Enterprise application and modules: Method Validation Manager, HPLC, gel permeation/size exclusion chromatography (GPC/SEC), Dissolution, and System Suitability. Review the following types of documents: User/functional requirements (URS/FRS), technical design specifications (DS), validation protocols, testing requirements (IQ, OQ, PQ) and validation final reports. Support validation efforts of Lab Execution system (LES) and Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) customizable modules. Create data migration plan, summary and review data migration documents, ­ data preparation instructions and post verification for the MM valuation class change. Review forms and LIMS interfaces for data entry into LIMS. Analyze data trending generated by LIMS for process improvement purposes and general QC process improvement. Create test plan, test summary report, transport reports, reviewed test scripts in QC for regular M&E cycles (business users). Coordinate, locate, track, organize and verify validation documentation for cGxP (cGMP and cGxP) compliance and regulatory requirements. Review user requirement specifications and prepare detailed test plans and test criteria. Develop, review and execute test plans, test cases and test conditions. Design and write training manual templates and project planning.

9). Job Title:  SOFTWARE QA ENGINEER:

Involve in complete Software Testing Life Cycle. Write, develop and implement test plan and test cases. Design Automation Framework to test the web-based application. Execute and write SQL queries for script validation from database. Convert manual test cases into automation scripts. Perform functional, backend, regression, end to-end, smoke and sanity testing. Conduct code reviews and fix the defects. Skills required: Soap-UI, XML, Ready API, Selenium, HP-ALM and SQL. Master’s degree in Science, Technology, or Engineering (any) with 1 year of experience in job offered or related occupation is required.
